If you want good skin, it is important that you have a healthy lifestyle. Along with a little exercise, your diet should be balanced and full of nutrition. A little change can save you from visiting a dermatologist. So let’s know in a very easy way what can be done to get good skin.
What should be applied on face daily for good skin ?
According to experts, the skin of every person can be different from the other, so it is not necessary that the same remedy applies to everyone.
It depends on the skin what a person should apply on the face or what he should eat to keep the skin healthy, but one thing is the same for everyone: everyone should apply sunscreen throughout the year to avoid the ultraviolet rays of the sun. Along with this, it is very important to drink the right amount of water and eat fruits and vegetables for nutrition. Also, it is very good if exercise is done.
My screen gets very dull in the summer what should I do ?
In summers, there is a lot of humidity in tropical areas, and the sun rays are very strong, so first of all, one should avoid the sun rays. Before going out in the sun, one should either cover the face or wear a hat on the head. One should wear cotton clothes. If your skin is oily, then you should apply a matte finish sunscreen and also keep cleaning the face with a clean cloth. Cleaning the face skin is also a better solution.

You must have seen Japanese and Korean people in photos or Instagram feeds. These people take a good amount of omega-3 fatty acids from fish. Along with this, these people also exercise and follow a healthy lifestyle. That is why their skin glows.

See, for this, you should eat fruits and vegetables according to the season. It is important for the nutrients to enter your body. Walnuts are a very good source of omega-3 nutrition.
