Indian television actor Shubhangi Atre is famous for her roles in Hindi TV series. She was born on April 11, 1981, in Pachmarhi, Madhya Pradesh, India. She got a lot of recognition because of her role as Angoori Bhabhi. Shubhangi Atre started her acting career in 2006 with the TV serial “Kasautii Zindagii Ki” and later appeared in many popular TV shows like “Kasturi,” “Do Hanson Ka Joda,” “Chidiya Ghar,” and “Bhabiji Ghar Par Hain.”
She appeared in “Angoori Bhabhi,” which became very popular among the Indian audience.
Shubhangi Atre has appeared in a few Marathi and Hindi-language movies in addition to TV series. For her part in “Bhabiji Ghar Par Hain!” in 2016, she received the Indian Television Academy Award for Best Actress in a Comic Part, one of her many accolades. In the Indian TV comedy “Bhabiji Ghar Par Hain!” Shubhangi Atre portrays the well-known fictional character Angoori Bhabhi. Angoori Bhabhi, a housewife, and her spouse, Manmohan Tiwari, a business owner of clothing, reside in a chawl in Kanpur. She is depicted as a kind, considerate, and loving wife who frequently finds herself in amusing predicaments because of her gullibility and naivete. Her encounters with her neighbour Anita Bhabhi and other show characters frequently result in amusing circumstances.
The portrayal of Angoori Bhabhi by Shubhangi Atre received widespread praise, and the character quickly gained enormous popularity among Indian viewers. Fans of the show have adopted her distinctive way of saying “Sahi pakde hain” (you have got it correctly) as a catchphrase.
